Hi, I’m Dr. Christine- a psychologist in private practice, and I work with children, adolescents, and the adults who support them. My work includes therapy, executive functioning coaching, and psychological assessments, with a focus on neurodevelopmental differences like ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities.
I started my career as a school psychologist and have worked in a variety of settings over the years, including community mental health, correctional settings, and schools. For the past 10 years, I’ve been in private practice, while also contracting with school districts to provide assessments, consultation, and mental health services. Working across these systems has given me a deep understanding of how children show up differently at home, at school, and in therapy—and how important collaboration really is.
I’m also a wife and a mom to two kids. Like many parents, I’m doing my best to raise kind, capable humans while navigating big emotions, busy days, and the reality that parenting doesn’t come with a manual. Being both a psychologist and a parent keeps me grounded in what’s realistic, not just what sounds good on paper.
I created this blog to offer support, resources, and practical guidance for clinicians who work with kids, as well as for parents and educators who are supporting children’s mental health and executive functioning every day. You’ll find real-world strategies, and honest reflections designed to be helpful—not overwhelming.
Whether you’re a clinician building confidence in your work, a teacher supporting diverse learners, or a parent trying to understand your child a little better, this space is here to support you. You don’t need to have everything figured out to be doing meaningful work with kids.
